Background and Qualifications
You academic qualifications , poor back ground , economically and culturally week condition and nothing else matters for us. We have seen lot of cases where academically very brilliant but careless associates failing miserably in executing the projects and associates with humble back ground but got tough determination, executed very critical projects very successfully. Only determination and hard work matters a lot in executing IT projects.
